Sales Development Representative (SDR) 

Cloudify is an open-source orchestration platform featuring a unique ‘Environment as a Service’ component that has the power to connect, automate, and manage new & existing infrastructure and networking environments of entire application pipelines. It is built for any cloud (private, public, hybrid) and delivers an end-to-end & full lifecycle solution covering infrastructure, networking, policies, complex configurations, day-2 automation, auto-updates/scaling/healing. Ultimately, with Cloudify in play.

Cloudify is seeking a skillful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a part of sales activity in EMEA & North America. To generate new leads and field pre-qualified leads for Cloudify products and contribute to growing the sales pipeline. The SDR will work closely with pre-sales to conduct targeted account prospecting.

The SDR will: 

Field inbound leads and qualify to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.

Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target/Named Accounts outbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas, as set for the entire team, to ensure territory revenue.

  • Interact with prospects through direct phone calls, emails and social media.

  • Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities.

  • Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study.

Requirements: 

  • BA/BSc Degree or equivalent experience is required

  • Dynamic, high energy, very strong communication skills

  • At least two years of successful sales experience in Sales or as Sales Development Representative or inside sales in a cloud or SaaS company

  • Self-discipline, focus and strong time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment

  • Strong computer, written and interpersonal communications skills

  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with some US hours
