In its latest release of its open source-based Cloudify DevOps 6.4, the company promises to enable your developers to turn their application and infrastructure resources into a self-service environment in a few hours. It does this by integrating your existing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Ansible, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), AWS CloudFormation, Kubernetes & Helm, and many others, with your GitOps and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. It also now works hand-in-glove with ServiceNow to set up a SaaS on your cloud of choice.
Cloudify 6.4 Release Streamlines Self-Service Conversion of Existing Applications and Infrastructures
Cloudify, an open-source DevOps automation platform, is launching its version 6.4 release for the platform, further connecting applications to their cloud environments. The latest release brings to the forefront its simplistic strategies for aiding platform engineering teams convert their application and infrastructure resources into a self-service format with efficiency and speed.
Cloudify 6.4 became generally available on Aug. 18, providing users with new capabilities to continuously update operations across different cloud environments. Also, governance tools have been integrated into Cloudify to help organizations comply with policies and implement cost controls. In addition, the updated Cloudify platform now boasts a new user interface and enhancements for Terraform infrastructure-as-code support.
